Stansted Mountfitchet · For first‑time parents

Ready for Birth. Ready for Feeding.

Small-group sessions from 32 weeks, taught by Emily

Two practical evenings with a practising NHS midwife, for you and your birth partner. They run on alternate weeks and each one stands alone, so you can book one or both. Six couples at most, so there’s always time for your questions.

Questions

When should we book?
Aim for a session at around 32 to 34 weeks. Booking from about 24 weeks gives you the best choice of dates.
Can my birth partner come?
Yes, please bring them. The price covers you both, and both sessions are designed for partners too.
Is this instead of my NHS care?
No. Both sessions are education and preparation alongside your NHS antenatal care, not a replacement for it.
